Matcha is a very powerful natural concentrate, rich in antioxidants and theine. In some people, especially if consumed on an empty stomach or in excessive quantities, Matcha can cause nausea.
To better tolerate it, we advise you:
- Do not drink it on an empty stomach
- Consume it as a latte
- Use the long button on the Nespresso machine so that the Matcha is less concentrated
